Do you have parking available?
We do not have parking on site. Please use one of the paid parking lots nearby.
Do you offer an airport shuttle service?
Airport shuttle service isn't available at URNA EDO HOTEL.
Are the guest rooms non-smoking?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on hotel property. In the event that smoking is detected, a penalty of 50,000 JPY will be charged.
Can I check in late at night?
Check-in is available until 11:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
Can minors stay at the hotel on their own?
Yes, guests aged 16 and older may stay alone with parental consent.
Is housekeeping provided during my stay?
Housekeeping is not included during your stay. Room cleaning, extra or replacement towels, and fresh linens are all available for an additional fee.
Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?
We are sorry, but pets are not permitted at our hotel.
How do I get the key?
Once we have verified your identity, we will give you the code to the key box on site.
Is the internet available in rooms?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes — My Basket, a small supermarket, is a 6-minute walk from our hotel.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
Yes, there is a Lawson a 1-minute walk from our hotel.
Is there a hospital or clinic nearby?
Yes, Kamijo Clinic is a 5-minute walk from our hotel.
